Refunds

Refund policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026

This is a translation. In case of doubt, the German version prevails.

We want you to be happy with your booking. Refunds and credits are handled according to the following policy and within the limits of the law.

Refund conditions

For online purchases, consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from conclusion of the contract, unless a statutory exception applies.

If services have already been used within that period, for example by attending a class, a proportionate amount may be retained for what has been provided. Once the service has been fully provided there is no entitlement to a refund, as far as the law permits.

For leisure services booked for a specific date or period, statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply.

Goodwill

Unused single tickets may be refunded case by case, provided the booked class has not been attended.

Multi-session passes are generally not refundable.

A booked class can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before it starts; the session is then credited back to your account automatically.

Cancellations less than 12 hours before the start cannot be accepted. There is no entitlement to a refund, replacement or credit, including for short-notice illness or non-attendance.

If we cancel a class, the session is credited back automatically.

We may still make a goodwill decision in individual cases.

Payment method and timing

Where a refund is approved and technically possible, it is made to the original payment method.

Payment providers have their own technical deadlines for refunds. Once those have passed, returning the money by the same route may no longer be possible.

Requesting a refund

Write to us at info@maxout.at.

Please include your name, the email address used for the purchase and, if you have one, an order or transaction number, so we can find your booking quickly.

We will review your request and come back to you as soon as we can. Processing can take several working days depending on the payment provider and bank.

Non-transferable passes

Our passes and credits are personal and non-transferable. Only the person who bought a pass can use it.

Refunds are made only to the original purchaser, or to the original payment method.
